About me

Hello! I'm Hamish. I'm a guitarist, music lover, part-time roller coaster fanatic, history lover, and most importantly, a global studies student. Now, you may be thinking, what's this artsy type guy doing outside of CAP? I consider myself a Global Studies artist. Art reflects the culture, values, and history of a society. My goal is to understand art from a sociological perspective. Japan interests me because it is a society which rapidly grew from centuries of isolation into a major economic and military power.
